In the -25C° pitch-black cold of the French Alps, filmmaker Jacob Sutton captured William Hughes shredding through the night like some radioactive snowboarder. This otherworldly glow was achieved using a full-body LED suit designed by John Spatcher. Explains Sutton of this project:
I was really drawn to the idea of a lone character made of light surfing through darkness [...] I've always been excited by unusual ways of lighting things, so it seemed like an exciting idea to make the subject of the film the only light source.
Hopefully there were some confused campers in the area who ended up reporting the Michelin Man to cryptozoological watch lists.
